Chicago rapper Twista is known for his tongue-twisting, chopper style of rapping and was the one-time holder of the Guinness World Record for fastest rapping in 1992. The Little Guy is a creative collaboration between David Messer, David Duloy, and Robert Scott. They released their first project, Images of Beauty, Images of Pain, in 1999, followed by The Little Guy Dreams (2001), TV Poems based on the poetry of Chris Mikul (2005), This Is Not A Picture (2011), and their latest release, The Way It Is Forever (2024). In 2003, The Little Guy was commissioned under the pseudonym The Midnight Amblers by artist Richard Grayson to compose and perform Handel's Messiah as country and western music.
