Rock/Review he didnt - (sic) EP

Guitarist/vocalist, he didnt spend a lost decade in London in other guises supporting underground bands like The Telescopes, Caretaker, and One Unique Signal, Pale Horse, Silent Front, and, er, the Magic Numbers...before moving to Oxfordshire to escape the noise, smells, and pressures of city life.

It's exciting to hear about the debut release from drone alone records, featuring a 3-track EP by the Oxfordshire-based drone/loop/noise guitarist he didnt. "(sic) EP" sounds like a collection of reworked ideas presented in new forms and sounds. This EP serves as an advertisement for he didnt's upcoming debut album, titled "Anti-Ambient Passive Resistance," which is set to be released in August 2023.

The fact that all the sounds on the EP are created using guitar, bass, drum machine, and voice indicates that he didnt is utilizing a range of instruments and techniques to craft his unique sonic landscape. This combination of elements suggests an experimental and boundary-pushing approach to music-making, aligning with the drone/loop/noise genre.

Releasing an EP as a precursor to a full-length album is a common practice in the music industry, allowing artists to generate anticipation and showcase their artistic style and vision. With "(sic) EP," he didnt is providing listeners with a taste of his sound and setting the stage for the more extensive exploration of his musical ideas on the forthcoming album.
